    No it is not. Chemically and structurely they are identical.
    Expensive to produce.

    My science teacher said that they are real. Since man made diamond are made from mineral of actual diamonds. So yes, they are just make it easier, instead of actually mining for diamonds.

    They are real and probably more expensive becasue they cost so much to make. More than cheap labor in Africa

    Diamonds and gemstones are created by the earth. Anything man-made is fake.

    No man-made diamonds are not considered fake but they are not worth as much as the diamonds from the ground

    Man-made diamonds are real diamonds , not fake at all. They are man-made, lab-created, synthetic. They are just not naturally made and may be perceived to have a different value.

    In the trade we use terms like synthetic to name a man-made diamond, and simulant to name any product that pretends to be a diamond. You could call these fake. They are used to look or resemble diamonds but they are not (CZ, Moissanite, glass …).
